Leadership Weekly Note 29 of 2024 offers a somewhat different storyline and structure.

This is your serving for week 29/24.
Notes 30, 31 and 32 will unpick each of the items.
But, you have homework.
You need to consider the meaning and intention of each infographic in the context of the Influential Leadership System (iLS).
If you have not yet become familiar with the iLS, have a look through the material on the Karoo website, or apply your general sense of leadership.
As you examine each infographic, jot down the thoughts you have.
You could use the following four questions to guide your engagement:
- What are your first reactions to each infographic?
- Once you have spent time thinking about each one, does your initial response change? If so why, or why not?
- Does the infographic make you feel comfortable, calm, agitated, annoyed, peaceful or thoughtful? What about other emotions?
- What has each infographic got to do with Leadership?
Your notes will serve to remind you of your thoughts, ideas and responses once you receive my consideration of each infographic’s story over the forthcoming weeks.
It would, of course, be great to receive your thoughts and responses in the meantime.
