It is time for you to share some of your leadership insights!
After all, a fundamental element of influential leadership is that we all contribute. There are no followers, we are associates and contributors.
BTW. We influential leaders grimace and shake our heads at the old-style ‘leadership’ ideas and behaviours that have “The leader” (a.k.a. the boss, the head honcho, the main person, the bully, the person with the biggest office…) who surrounds themselves with nodding heads that follow them off the cliff…
Shame, what a waste of others’ contributions!

There are two breadcrumbs to get you on your way.
The first is the idea I capture in the infographic above.[i]
The second is a way to see your life canvas.
You are born with a dual-layered life canvas. One canvas – two mingled layers.
One lingers around us like a shadow from conception (earlier really, but let us start here). It has a hint of shape, colour and texture.
The second layer is fresh and clean, yet to find a brushstroke until we begin to paint.
